Expert Firm definition

Expert Firm means, in the case of a firm selected to participate in any determination of Fair Market Value in a Dispute Procedure, an appraisal or valuation firm of national reputation, in each case as mutually and reasonably agreed to in good faith in writing by the Company and the Warrantholder upon the initiation of a Dispute Procedure.
Expert Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b)(v).
