Expiration Notice. The notice to be delivered by the Master Servicer to the Servicer (pursuant to the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement), stating that it has received notice from the Certificate Registrar that (i) the Investor no longer holds all of the Certificates and Privately Offered Notes or (ii) the Investor has forfeited its rights set forth in Section 4.02 of the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Expiration Notice
