Expiration Notice definition

Expiration Notice means a notice of expiration of the Warrants that may be given by the Company, in its sole discretion, on any date after the fourth anniversary of the Issue Date if the Market Price has exceeded 300% of the Warrant Price for a period of 30 consecutive Trading Days.
