• If applicable law prohibits the enforcement of a due-on-sale clause or such clause is otherwise not enforced in accordance with the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement, and, as a consequence, a Mortgage Loan is assumed, the original Mortgagor may be released from liability in accordance with the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall not be required to make any Monthly Advances that Xxxxx Fargo, as Servicer, was required to make pursuant to the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement and failed to do so.

• The Master Servicer shall supervise, monitor and oversee the obligations of the Servicer to service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the terms of the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement and shall have full power and authority to do any and all things which it may deem necessary or desirable in connection with such master servicing and administration.
