Related to Export Control Rules

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.

  • Export Controls Software available on the Services is further subject to United States Export Controls. No software available on the Services may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or using the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.   • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Laws means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, any rules or regulations thereunder, or any other applicable United States or non-U.S. anti-corruption or anti-bribery laws or regulations.

  • National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);

  • Foreign Air Carrier ’ means a person, not a citizen of the United States, undertaking by any means, directly or indirectly, to provide foreign air transportation.

  • Anti-Terrorism Laws are any laws relating to terrorism or money laundering, including Executive Order No. 13224 (effective September 24, 2001), the USA PATRIOT Act, the laws comprising or implementing the Bank Secrecy Act, and the laws administered by OFAC.

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • UK Bribery Act means the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 of the United Kingdom, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Payroll Tax Executive Order means the Presidential Memorandum on Deferring Payroll Tax Obligations in Light of the Ongoing COVID-19 Disaster, as issued on August 8, 2020 and including any administrative or other guidance published with respect thereto by any Governmental Authority (including IRS Notice 2020-65).
