Export Control Rules definition

Export Control Rules means any export and import laws and associated embargo and economic sanction regulations, including those administered by Ireland, the EU and the United States to the extent they apply to a Party’s activities under this Agreement;
Export Control Rules means all applicable import, export and re-export control law and regulation of any Fees means the fees specified in the applicable Order and payable in accordance with the Fees Clause in these General Terms;
Export Control Rules means all Laws of any Governmental Entity relating to the import or export of goods, technology, or services or trading embargoes or other trading restrictions, including the Arms Export Control Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Act, the Export Administration Regulations, the International Economic Emergency Powers Act, and executive orders and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and comparable foreign Laws.

Export Control Rules means all Laws of any Governmental Authority relating to the import or export of goods, technology, or services or trading embargoes or other trading restrictions, including the Arms Export Control Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Act, the Export Administration Regulations, the International Economic Emergency Powers Act, and executive orders and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and comparable foreign Laws.
Export Control Rules means all Legal Requirements relating to the export, transshipment, re-export or other transfer of goods, data, software, technology, or services to any end users, end uses or destinations or trading embargoes or other trading restrictions.
Export Control Rules means all applicable import, export and re-export control law and regulation of any country, including the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations the United States Export Administration Regulations, Council Regulation (EC) No.428/2009 on the control of exports of dual use items and technology, and country specific economic sanctions programs or embargoes adopted against countries or individuals under any national or international legislation, including any measures implemented by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control, and/or any other applicable national or international export control laws or regulations; Fees means the fees specified in the applicable Order and payable in accordance with the Fees Clause in these General Terms;
Export Control Rules all applicable Laws pertaining to export controls, trade embargoes, and any other international trade sanctions and restrictions.

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.

  • Export Controls Software available on the Services is further subject to United States Export Controls. No software available on the Services may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or using the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading any Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

  • Sanctions and Export Control Laws means any applicable Law related to (a) import and export controls, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, (b) economic sanctions, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State, the European Union, any European Union Member State, the United Nations, and Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or (c) anti-boycott measures.

  • Foreign Asset Control Regulations has the meaning set forth in Section 10.18.

  • HIPAA Rules means the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.

  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States, 15 U.S.C. By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Please consult the Bureau of Industry and Security web page xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx before exporting items subject to the EAR. Upon request, Licensor's International Trade Services Department can provide information regarding applicable export restrictions for Licensor products. Licensor assumes no responsibility for Your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals.

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Laws means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, any rules or regulations thereunder, or any other applicable United States or non-U.S. anti-corruption or anti-bribery laws or regulations.

  • National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);

  • Foreign Air Carrier ’ means a person, not a citizen of the United States, undertaking by any means, directly or indirectly, to provide foreign air transportation.

  • Applicable Anti-Corruption and Bribery Laws means international, federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules, regulations, directives and governmental requirements currently in effect and as they become effective relating in any way to the Contractor’s provision of goods and/or services to Authority, including without limitation “FCPA” or any applicable laws and regulations, including in the jurisdiction in which the Contractor operates and/or manufac- tures goods for the Authority, relating to anti-corruption and bribery.

  • Anti-Terrorism Laws are any laws relating to terrorism or money laundering, including Executive Order No. 13224 (effective September 24, 2001), the USA PATRIOT Act, the laws comprising or implementing the Bank Secrecy Act, and the laws administered by OFAC.

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • UK Bribery Act means the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 of the United Kingdom, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Payroll Tax Executive Order means the Presidential Memorandum on Deferring Payroll Tax Obligations in Light of the Ongoing COVID-19 Disaster, as issued on August 8, 2020 and including any administrative or other guidance published with respect thereto by any Governmental Authority (including IRS Notice 2020-65).

  • DOL Regulations The regulations promulgated by the DOL at 29 C.F.R.ss.2510.3-101.
