Customer and IFS shall in connection with the Agreement comply with, if applicable, the US Arms Export Control Act, the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), the US Export Administration Act, and the US Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”)).
You shall comply with all applicable United States economic sanctions and export control laws and regulations, including the regulations administered by OFAC, the Export Administration Regulations administered by BIS, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by DDTC.

Buyer understands that Seller and the Goods are subject to the United States Export Administration Act, the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (in the case of Goods that are considered defense articles), and other laws and regulations of the United States of America (collectively, the “Regulations”), which Regulations are enforced, inter alia, by the United States Departments of Commerce, State and Treasury.
Xxxxxxxxx agrees to inform OSU, before providing any materials, information or data, whether it is subject to Export Administration Regulations or International Traffic in Arms Regulations and if so what Commerce Control List number(s) or U.S. Munitions List number(s) it is controlled under.
