Extended Availability Period definition

Extended Availability Period means, with respect to any Extending Lender, the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Extended Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Commitments.
Extended Availability Period means, with respect to the Revolving Commitments of any Extending Lender, the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Extended Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of such Revolving Commitments.
Extended Availability Period means the period from and including the Amendment Effective Date to the earliest of (a) the Extended Maturity Date, (b) the date of termination of the Aggregate Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05 and (c) the date of termination of the commitment of each Lender to make Loans pursuant to Section 8.02.

  • The commitment fee shall accrue at all times during the Availability Period and the Extended Availability Period, including at any time during which one or more of the conditions in Article IV is not met, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Closing Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period and the Extended Availability Period.
