Extended Trust Termination Date definition

Extended Trust Termination Date shall have the meaning specified in subsection 12.01(a).
Extended Trust Termination Date means the date approved by the Bankruptcy Court on or later than the date that is six months prior to the Initial Trust Termination Date on which the Litigation Trust shall terminate.
