Exxxxxx Money Deposit means the deposit of $20,000 to be given by Buyer to Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 3(a) of this Agreement, as well as all interest earned thereon in the interest-bearing money market account in which Escrow Agent is required to place the Exxxxxx Money Deposit.
