Bid Package definition

Bid Package means a series of Bid Categories that are released for bidding in the same set of Bidding Documents.
Bid Package means the package of documents Borrower's general contractor is required to distribute to potential bidders as part of the process of selecting subcontractors for the Development. The Bid Package is to include the following: (i) an invitation to bid; (ii) copy of the proposed construction contract; (iii) a form of bid guarantee that is reasonably acceptable to the County that guarantees, at a minimum, an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price; and (iv) all Construction Plans.
Bid Package. The invitation to bid, instructions to bidders, forms for the submittal of bids, and all other documents provided to prospective contract bidders.

  • Subrecipient shall construct Project in accordance with the Construction Bid Package, which Director approved, unless prior written approval is received from Director for modification thereof.

  • For construction subcontracts, Subrecipient shall submit the Construction Bid Package to County for review and written approval by Director or designee prior to advertising for bids and award for the construction contract.

  • The Bid-Time Master Project Schedule shall indicate the start/finish dates for the principal activities of each Bid Package necessary to complete Project construction.
