F1 Team means a legal entity that holds an FIA Super Licence to participate in the Championship (being referred to in the Sporting Regulations as the "competitor", or the "constructor").

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis.   • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.
