FAA Certificates definition

FAA Certificates mean, collectively, all certificates required by the FAA and the FARs for the manufacture, design, production, maintenance, use or sale of any Aircraft, including, with respect to any Grantor, each Airworthiness Certificate issued with respect to such Aircraft and each other certificate issued in favor of any Grantor under the FARs pursuant to which such Grantor maintains, operates or sells Aircrafts or Spare Parts, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended, reissued, or replaced.
