FAA Slots definition

FAA Slots means, in the case of airports in the United States, at any time, the right and operational authority to conduct one Instrument Flight Rule (as defined in Title 14) scheduled landing or take-off operation at a specific time or during a specific time period at any airport at which landings or take-offs are restricted, including, without limitation, slots and operating authorizations, whether pursuant to FAA or DOT regulations or orders pursuant to Title 14, Title 49 or other federal statutes now or hereinafter in effect.
FAA Slots means all “slots” as defined in 14 CFR § 93.213(a)(2), as that section may be amended or re-codified from time to time, or, in the case of slots at New York LaGuardia Airport, as defined in the Final Order, Operating Limitations at New York LaGuardia Airport, 71 Fed. Reg. 77,854 (December 27, 2006), as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, and in any subsequent order issued by the FAA related to New York LaGuardia Airport, as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, or, in the case of slots at Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, as defined in the Operating Limitations at Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, Order Limiting Scheduled Operations at Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, 73 Fed. Reg. 3510 (January 18, 2008), as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, and in any subsequent order issued by the FAA related to Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, in each case of the Company and, if applicable, any Subsidiary, now held or hereafter acquired (other than “slots” which have been permanently allocated to another air carrier and in which the Company and, if applicable, any Subsidiary holds temporary use rights).

Kennedy International Airport, as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, in each case of the Company and, if applicable, any Subsidiary, now held or hereafter acquired (other than “slots” which have been permanently allocated to another air carrier and in which the Company and, if applicable, any Subsidiary holds temporary use rights).

Examples of FAA Slots in a sentence

  • The Obligors maintain personnel, policies, procedures and a computer database for the monitoring, utilization and management of the FAA Slots in compliance with the Slot Regulations so as to ensure, to the greatest extent operationally feasible, that the Slot Regulations are complied with and no FAA Slot becomes subject to withdrawal by the FAA.

  • Schedules 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12 of the Credit Agreement and Schedules I, II and III to the SGR Security Agreement, in each case incorporated herein by reference, set forth all of each Grantor's Primary FAA Slots other than the Specified Primary FAA Slots, Primary Foreign Slots and Primary Routes.

FAA Slots has the meaning ascribed to it in the SGR Security Agreement.
FAA Slots shall have the meaning given to such term in the Collateral Trust Agreement.
FAA Slots means all of the rights and operational authority granted under the Slot Regulations and now or hereafter acquired or held by each Obligor to conduct one instrument flight rule landing or takeoff operation in a specified time period at DCA, Jxxx X.
