Face covering exceptions means one of the exceptions set out in paragraph 8(e), (f), (j), (k), (r), (v) and (w) of the COVID Transition (Face Coverings) Directions (No 3) provided that the requirement of paragraphs 8(x) and 8(y) of those directions must also be satisfied.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory to the Acquiror as determined pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).
