Examples of Face Pages in a sentence

  • Upon your request, and for an additional charge to be agreed, we will deliver and/or retrieve the Equipment to/from the location specified on the Face Pages.

  • You may purchase the Equipment at any time prior to the expiration of the Term at the purchase option price indicated on the Face Pages, less any Rent paid prior to purchase.

  • If you accept the "Fuel Service Option" at Time Out, you will (i) be charged for all fuel and DEF in the respective tank(s) at Time Out, as shown on the Face Pages; (ii) not be required to pay us any other fuel service charge; and (iii) not receive any credit for any fuel or DEF remaining in the respective tank(s) at the end of the Rental Period.

  • Print Face Pages: Follow the prompts on the screen to generate and print a Face Page.

  • In addition to the amounts coming due under any other provision of this Agreement, you agree to pay us Rent without reduction or setoff and continuing without interruption until the later of (i) the conclusion of the Rental Period and (ii) the conclusion of the "Minimum Term," if any, specified on the Face Pages (including during repairs to Equipment that is returned in a damaged or excessively worn condition as described in Section 14.

  • Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.

  • Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.

  • Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the Funder or the Ministry may advise from time to time.   • Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified for the purpose of providing a Relevant Rate, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to that Relevant Rate.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Moneyline Telerate Page 3750 The display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Information Services, Inc. (or any page replacing that page on that service for the purpose of displaying London inter-bank offered rates of major banks).

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • LIBOR Page means the display on Reuters Service (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

  • Cover Page means the top page of the original solicitation on which the solicitation is identified by number. Offerors are cautioned that Amendments may modify information provided on the Cover Page.

  • Side Yard means a yard of a lot extending from the front yard to the rear yard, and from the side lot line to the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Reuters page means the display on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, on the page or pages specified in this prospectus supplement or the relevant pricing supplement, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Declaration Page The enclosed document that forms a part of this Service Agreement, listing important information regarding You, Your Property and other vital information.

  • Wire Center means the location of one (1) or more local switching systems. It is also a point at which End User’s loops within a defined geographic area converge. Such local loops may be served by one (1) or more Central Office Switches within such premises.

  • Display means any device for displaying letters, numbers, images or other indicia or patterns. Nothing contained herein shall permit LICENSEE to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of a Light Valve which is not combined or intended to be combined as described above into a Light Valve Architectural Window Product.

  • Tier 2 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least twenty-four thousand (24,000) Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.
