Facilities Modification definition

Facilities Modification has the meaning given such term in Section 5.2(b)(ii).
Facilities Modification means a capital improvement to meet operational changes or upgrades in response to requirements of regulatory agencies, but that does not result in a Capacity Expansion.
Facilities Modification means a capital improvement that does not result in a Capacity Expansion.

  • Permit modification means a revision to a Title V operating permit that cannot be accomplished under the provisions for administrative permit amendments found at rule 567—22.111(455B).
