REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. 1. All work and materials shall be in conformance with the latest rules and regulations of the National Electric Code; The Uniform Plumbing Code, published by the Western Plumbing Officials Association, and The San Francisco Plumbing Code.

REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. A. Do not close or obstruct any street, sidewalk, alley, or passageway. Conduct operations to minimize interference with the normal use of roads, driveways, alleys, sidewalks, or other facilities adjacent to the Work.
B. The successful low bidder, upon notice of award of contract, shall submit a completed ”Responsible Land Disturber Certification” through FCPS, to Plan and Document Control, Office of Land Development Services (LDS), Fairfax County DPWES.
REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. A. Provide and maintain all temporary facilities in compliance with governing rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and laws of agencies and utility companies having jurisdiction over Work involved in the project.
B. Be responsible for all temporary Work provided and obtain any necessary permits and inspections for such Work.
C. Do not interfere with normal use of streets in vicinity of project site accept as indicated on drawings and/or as absolutely necessary to execute required Work, and then only after proper arrangement has been made with applicable authorities, including traffic control.
REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. Conduct cleaning and disposal operation to comply with codes, ordinances, regulation, and anti-pollution laws.
REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. The automatic sprinkler system shall conform to the requirements of City of Seattle: 1. City of Seattle, Local Authority having Jurisdiction. 2. NFPA 13.
REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. X. Xxxxxx and pay for all permits and inspections required for the work. Comply with all ordinances pertaining to work described herein. Pay all expenses arising from the procurement of these certificates and include in the base Contract Price.
B. Install work under this Division per drawings, specifications, latest adopted edition of the National Electrical Code, (NFPA-70) including local amendments and interpretations, Local adopted Building Codes, and any special codes having jurisdiction over specific portions of work within complete installation. In event of conflict, install work per most stringent code requirements determined by Engineer. This does not relieve the Contractor from furnishing and installing work shown or specified which may exceed the requirements of such ordinances, laws, regulations and codes.
C. All materials, products, devices, fixtures, forms or types of construction included in this project shall meet or exceed the published requirements of National Electrical Code (NEC), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and National Electrical Manufacturers Associations (NEMA). All equipment shall bear the Underwriter’s Laboratories (UL) label or equivalent from approved independent testing laboratory.
X. Xxxxxxx, pay fees for and complete work to pass required tests by agencies having authority over work. Deliver to Engineer copies of the Certificates of Inspection and approval issued by authorities and provide original copy of each certificate to Owner.
E. When required by law or regulations, the governmental agency having jurisdiction for inspections shall be given reasonable notice and opportunity to inspect the work. Any work that is enclosed or covered up before such inspection and test shall be uncovered at the Contractor’s expense; after it has been inspected, the Contractor shall restore the work to its original condition at his own expense.
REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES. A. Refer to AIA Document A201 (1987) Edition, "REGULATIONS AND LAWS" and "GOVERNING LAW."
B. Execute and inspect all work in accordance with all Underwriters, local and state codes, rules and regulations applicable to the trade affected as a minimum, but if the plans and/or specifications call for requirements that exceed these rules and regulations, the greater requirement shall be followed. Follow recommendations of NFPA, SMACNA, EPA, OSHA and ASHRAE.
C. Comply with standards in effect at the date of these Contract Documents, except where a standard or specific date or edition is indicated.
D. The handling, removal and disposal of regulated refrigerants shall be in accordance with U.S. EPA, state and local regulations.
E. After entering into contract, Contractor will be held to complete all work necessary to meet these requirements without additional expense to the Owner.
