Examples of Permitted Modification in a sentence
The parties further agree, unless otherwise required by appropriate taxing authorities or by law, not to take any action or, direct any other party to take any action, inconsistent therewith, including, but not limited to, modifying, or directing any other party to modify, the terms of a Receivable unless the modification is a Permitted Modification.
Upon discovery by any of the Seller, the Servicer, the Depositor or any party under the Further Transfer Agreements of (i) a breach of any of the covenants set forth in Sections 2.05 and 2.06, or (ii) a Permitted Modification effected pursuant to Section 2.02(a)(v), the party discovering such breach or modification shall give prompt written notice thereof to the others.
