Facility C Loan definition
Facility C Loan means a loan made or to be made under Facility C or the principal amount outstanding for the time being of that loan.
Facility C Loan means the aggregate amount of all Facility C Advances outstanding at such time in USDollars by way of US Prime Rate Loan and SOFR Loan under Facility C Credit.
Facility C Loan has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02(d) hereof.
Examples of Facility C Loan in a sentence
For the purpose of this Section 9.13.29.13.2, each Lender’s Facility C Available Commitment means at any time such L▇▇▇▇▇’s Facility C Commitment at such time less its Facility C Participation in the amount of the Facility C Loan.
The Administrative Agent shall keep in its books, accounts for the Facility C Loan and other amounts payable by the US Borrower under this Agreement.
More Definitions of Facility C Loan
Facility C Loan means a loan made by the Banks under Facility C or the principal amount outstanding of that loan. "Facility Office" means the office notified by a Bank to the Agent:-
Facility C Loan means the aggregate amount of all Facility C Advances outstanding at such time in USDollars by way of US Prime Rate Loan and LIBO Rate Loan under Facility C Credit.
Facility C Loan means, with respect to a Facility C Lender, a loan made by such Facility C Lender (or its predecessor in interest) with respect to “Facility C” pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement (to the extent outstanding on the Closing Date) or by a New Facility C Lender pursuant to Section 2.18 and any conversion or continuation of any such Loan.
Facility C Loan means any Loan made under the Facility C Commitments pursuant to subsection 2.1; collectively, the “Facility C Loans”.
Facility C Loan means a Facility C1 Loan and/or a Facility C2 Loan and/or a Facility C2 Swiss Loan, in each case as the context requires.
