US Prime Rate Loan definition

US Prime Rate Loan means an Advance made by a Lender under Facility B which is denominated in US Dollars and in respect of which a Borrower has elected to pay interest in accordance with Section 4.2.
US Prime Rate Loan means, at any given time during the term of this Agreement the Loan, or that portion of the Loan to the US Borrower, upon which interest is payable at the US Prime Rate.
US Prime Rate Loan means a Loan made to a US Borrower that bears interest based on the US Prime Rate.

US Prime Rate Loan means Loans, or any portion thereof, made available by the U.S. Lenders to the U.S. Borrowers outstanding from time to time which are drawndown in U.S. Dollars and in respect of which interest is payable in accordance with Section 4.4.
