Facility C Maturity Date definition

Facility C Maturity Date means the Facility C Termination Date.

Facility C Maturity Date means the date upon which the outstanding principal amount of the Facility C Notes, all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other Facility C Obligations become due and payable, whether as a result of the occurrence of the stated maturity date or the acceleration of maturity pursuant to the terms of any of the Loan Documents.

Facility C Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.C.

Examples of Facility C Maturity Date in a sentence

• This Agreement shall become effective on the Closing Date ---- and, subject to Section 12.7, shall continue in full force and effect for a term ending on the Equipment Facility C Maturity Date.

• A final payment of all principal amounts with respect to the Facility A Loans, the Facility B Loans and the Facility C Loans shall be due and payable on the Facility A Maturity Date, the Facility B Maturity Date and the Facility C Maturity Date, respectively, and all other Obligations then outstanding shall be due and payable on the Facility C Maturity Date.

• As of the end of each calendar quarter commencing on December 31, 2001 and continuing until the Facility C Maturity Date, the Borrowers shall not permit the ratio of Annualized Operating Cash Flow for the fiscal quarter end being tested to Fixed Charges for the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the calculation date to be less than 1.0 to 1.0.

More Definitions of Facility C Maturity Date

Facility C Maturity Date means, the earlier of (i) May 1, 2010 and ------------------------- (ii) the acceleration of such Loan upon the occurrence of an Event of Default affecting such Loan, unless extended by the Lender pursuant to any modification, extension or renewal note executed by the Borrowers and accepted by the Lender in its sole and absolute discretion in substitution for a Facility C CapEx Note.

Facility C Maturity Date is, for each Facility C Equipment Advance, a date which is 48 months after such Facility C Equipment Advance is made.

Facility C Maturity Date means the date falling 5 years after the first Utilisation Date of Facility C.

Facility C Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

Facility C Maturity Date means the earlier of (i) an Acquisition, or (ii) September 30, 2005.
