Facility Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.9.

Examples of Facility Employees in a sentence

• Transferor will terminate the employment of each of the Facility Employees as of the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Facility Employees

Facility Employees means, at any applicable time, the employees employed by Stayton or its Affiliates at any of the Properties at such time.

Facility Employees means those custodial personnel with titles such as jailer, deputy, counselor, correctional officer or any other title which signifies the duty of supervision of inmates in the community residential facility.
