Factoring Charge definition

Factoring Charge means the first priority Norwegian law floating charge over all account receivables of the Issuer (No: factoringpant).
Factoring Charge means, with respect to any Purchased Asset, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the Net Face Amount of such Purchased Asset multiplied by (y) seven percent (7%) divided by Accounts Receivable Turns plus (ii) the Net Face Amount of such Purchased Asset multiplied by a seventy-five one hundredth (0.75) percent administration charge.
