Faculty of any Division means those Unit Members regularly assigned within a division.

  • body governed by public law means any body:

  • bodies governed by public law means bodies that have all of the following characteristics:

  • Participating municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

  • Criminal justice agency means (i) a court or any other governmental agency or subunit thereof

  • Patent Office means the applicable patent office, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office and any comparable foreign patent office, for any Intellectual Property Rights that are Patents.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Subject Matter means Patent Rights and/or Technology Rights.

  • Subject Matter means the Unit as finally described in the Sectional Plan, read together with the Register;

  • Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.

  • Project Material means any Material brought into existence (or required to be brought into existence) as part of, or for the purposes of performing the Project, including any copies or derivations of such Material.

  • Public interest means the interest shared by the citizens of the state or community at large in the affairs of government, or some interest by which their rights or liabilities are affected including, but not limited to, an effect on public property or on health, safety, or general welfare resulting from a use or development.
