Participating municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

Intentional Wrongdoing means an act or omission taken or omitted by a Party with knowledge or intent that injury or damage could reasonably be expected to result.
Government Office means any office of the Federal Government that has possession or control of assassination records, including—

The Government means the Government of Karnataka State.
