Family Relationships definition

Family Relationships means: the relationship between a shareholder and those family members who are deemed capable of influencing, or being influenced by, said shareholder. These family members may include: the spouse if not legally separated, the spouse’s children, the cohabiting partner and the cohabiting partner’s children, the dependants of the shareholder, of the spouse if not legally separated and of the cohabiting partner.
