Farm Saved Seed definition

Farm Saved Seed means Seed retained as Propagating Material for the purposes of subsequent planting by you in order to produce further Grain for the Permitted Use.
Farm Saved Seed means seed grown and saved by a producer for their own use and not enrolled in a certified seed program or a third party quality assurance program approved by the Certification Committee.
Farm Saved Seed means Seed retained as Propagating Material for the purposes of subsequent planting by you in are subject to protection under the PBR Act.

  • Under this Contract, InterGrain is a sublicensee of such intellectual property rights of AVS for purposes of the Grower’s planting and growing Seed of the Clearfield® Variety and harvesting the resulting Grain and/or Farm Saved Seed for the Permitted Use (as defined by Section 2 on this license), including, without limitation, Sale of such Grain (but expressly excluding Sale of Farm Saved Seed as Propagating Material).

  • In the implementation of the Farm Saved Seed Project, the FFS training approach and farmers’ participatory research were applied to develop farmer seed production schools (FSPSs).In this chapter, we analyse impacts of technological innovations at participatory on- farm experiment sites of the farmer seed production schools in 2004 through four provinces of Vietnam.

  • Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.
