Fashion Show Core Principles definition

Fashion Show Core Principles means the Fashion Show Air RightsCore Principles in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit G to be entered into by GGP LP and Spinco on or prior to the Plan Effective Date.

  • MacBride Principles means those principles relating to nondiscrimination in employment and freedom of workplace opportunity which require employers doing business in Northern Ireland to:

  • Sustainability Linked Loan Principles means the Sustainability Linked Loan Principles as most recently published by the Loan Market Association and Loan Syndications & Trading Association.

  • Equator Principles means that set of principles entitled "The Equator Principles – A financial industry benchmark for determining, assessing and managing environmental and social risk in projects", dated July 2020 and available as at the date of this Agreement at: hxxxx://xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx-content/uploads/2021/02/The-Equator-Principles-July-2020.pdf.

  • Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy. It is exempt from the UK government timber procurement policy requirements and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry. The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.

  • Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Privacy Shield Principles means the Privacy Shield Principles (as supplemented by the Supplemental Principles) contained in Annex II to the European Commission Decision C(2016)4176 of 12 July 2016 (as may be amended, superseded or replaced).

  • UK generally accepted accounting principles and practices means the principles and practices prevailing from time to time in the United Kingdom which are generally regarded as permissible or legitimate by the accountancy profession irrespective of the degree of use.

  • Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.

  • Applicable Accounting Principles means, with respect to the Borrower, those accounting principles required by the ICA and prescribed by the SEC for the Borrower and, to the extent not so required or prescribed, GAAP.

  • Agreement Accounting Principles means generally accepted accounting principles as in effect from time to time, applied in a manner consistent with that used in preparing the financial statements referred to in Section 5.4.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Transient non-community water system or “transient non-CWS” means a non- CWS that does not regularly serve at least 25 of the same persons over six months of the year.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • fruitless and wasteful expenditure means expenditure that was made in vain and would have been avoided had reasonable care been exercised;

  • Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;

  • Nontransient noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least the same 25 persons over 6 months per year.

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Modern Slavery Laws means the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), Divisions 270 and 271 of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth), the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), and any other binding or non-binding guidelines issued by an entity or person so authorised under Modern Slavery Law, and anti-Modern Slavery laws or regulations in force in Australia or otherwise applicable to Tetra Tech International Development or the Subconsultant from time to time with respect to reporting on or addressing the risks of modern slavery, including business operations and supply chains with respect to related purposes.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Concurrent User means a person that has accessed the Software at any given point in time, either directly or through an application.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, oxygen or carbon dioxide concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value on a continuous basis.

  • Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.

  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or “GAAP” means generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, consistently applied, which are in effect on the date of this Indenture.
