Fast Track Arbitration definition

Fast Track Arbitration means arbitration in accordance with Rule 44.
Fast Track Arbitration means arbitration in accordance with Rule 43.

  • The arbitrator shall follow the procedure pertaining to Fast Track Arbitration in conducting arbitration proceedings and shall conduct arbitration proceedings in such manner as he considers appropriate.
