FCA Condition definition

FCA Condition means Condition 3(a), as set out in Part A of Appendix 1 to this announcement;
FCA Condition means the condition set out in paragraph 3 of Part A of Appendix 1 to the Press Announcement;
FCA Condition has the meaning given to it in the Announcement;

  • BDB Nominee reserves the right (subject to the requirements of the Code and the Panel) to waive in whole or in part all or any of the above Conditions, other than the Acceptance Condition and the FCA Condition.

  • The timing of Transaction Completion is dependent upon, amongst other things, the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting and the satisfaction of the FCA Condition, and, if there is any delay in the passing of the Resolutions or satisfaction of the FCA Condition, the expected date of Transaction Completion may change.

Related to FCA Condition

  • Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
