FDA Rules and Regulations definition
FDA Rules and Regulations means all rules, regulations and directives issued, enacted or promulgated under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, including the rules and regulations set forth in 21 C.F.R. § 1, et seq., as amended, as from time to time in effect.
