Federal Aviation Regulations definition

Federal Aviation Regulations means the regulations promulgated by the FAA pursuant to Title 49, Subtitle VII of the United States Code.

Federal Aviation Regulations. (FAR) means the applicable portions of the Federal Aviation Act and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Federal Aviation Regulations means the regulations promulgated by the FAA from time to time and any official interpretations thereof.

• In the conduct of the operations authorized above, PMI Global Services must (1) comply with all applicable requirements of 14 CFR Part 375; (2) comply with all applicable requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration contained in the Federal Aviation Regulations (including 14 CFR Part 91), and applicable Orders of the Federal Aviation Administration; (3) comply with all applicable U.S. Government requirements concerning security; and (4) carry on board the aircraft a copy of this permit.

• In the conduct of the operations authorized above, PMIGS must (1) comply with all applicable requirements of 14 CFR Part 375; (2) comply with all applicable requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration contained in the Federal Aviation Regulations (including 14 CFR Part 91), and applicable Orders of the Federal Aviation Administration; (3) comply with all applicable U.S. Government requirements concerning security; and (4) carry on board the aircraft a copy of this permit.

• Operator shall have operational control of the Aircraft for all purposes of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

• Operator desires to lease said Aircraft with flight crew to User and User desires to lease said Aircraft and flight crew from Operator on a time sharing basis pursuant to Section 91.501(c)(1) of the Federal Aviation Regulations (“FARs”).

• For all flights of the Aircraft by Recipient pursuant to this Agreement, Provider shall cause the Aircraft to be operated by pilots who are duly qualified under the Federal Aviation Regulations, including without limitation, with respect to currency and type-rating, and who meet all other requirements established and specified by the insurance policies required hereunder.

• Neither Lessee nor Lessor will make the Aircraft available for hire within the meaning of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Federal Aviation Regulations means the Federal Aviation Regulations set forth in Title 14 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations, as amended.

Federal Aviation Regulations means the United States Federal Aviation Regulations, as currently amended and promulgated by the United States Federal Aviation Administration.

Federal Aviation Regulations means the following regulations adopted by the Federal Aviation Administration as those regulations existed on September 1, 1985, except a regulation in existence on September 1, 1985, that is inconsistent with a regulation adopted after that date:

Federal Aviation Regulations or “FAR” means the regulations promulgated by the FAA pursuant to Title 49, Subtitle VII of the United States Code, including, for the avoidance of doubt, Part 25, Part 91 (as applicable), Part 121 and Part 129 (as applicable).
