Federal Natural Resource Trustees means the federal agencies designated pursuant to CERCLA and 40 C.F.R. § 300.600 as trustees for Natural Resources actually or potentially injured, destroyed or lost as a result of releases of hazardous substances at or from the Site, specifically, the DOI, acting by and through the USFWS, and the United States Department of Commerce, acting by and through NOAA.
