Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.
Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive insured mortgage financing pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.
Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.
Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Project Implementing Entity means a legal entity (other than the Borrower or the Guarantor) which is responsible for implementing all or a part of the Project and which is a party to the Project Agreement. If the Bank enters into a Project Agreement with more than one such entity, “Project Implementing Entity” refers separately to each such entity.
Regional Entity shall have the same meaning specified in the Operating Agreement.
Project Implementing Entity’s Legislation means the Charter of the Municipal Development Fund established pursuant to Decree No. 118 of the Government of Georgia dated July 23, 2005, as amended to date.
Parties to the Contract means the ‘The Vendor’ and the Purchaser as named in the main body of the Purchase Order.
Environmental Indemnity Agreement means the environmental indemnity agreement dated as of the date of this Agreement executed by Borrower for the benefit of the Indemnified Parties and such other parties as are identified in such agreement with respect to the Premises, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.
Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty, if any, the Custodial Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, each Underlying Entity Agreement, if any, the Administration Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if any, the Netting Agreement, the Custodial Account Control Agreement, each Holdback Account Control Agreement, if any, each Power of Attorney, each Servicing Agreement, if any, and each Servicer Notice, if any.
General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.
Construction permit is defined in Section 4.
Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
