Federation President definition

Federation President means the president of the St. Tammany Federation of Teachers or her designee. Competing Organization means any for profit or nonprofit corporation, partnership or unincorporated association which actively competes or campaigns for or against collective bargaining rights or which seeks to represent members of the Bargaining Unit for purposes of collective bargaining, or which seeks ballot status in collective bargaining elections irrespective of whether such organization characterizes itself as a "labor" organization.
