Fee Procedures Order definition

Fee Procedures Order means the Order Establishing Procedure for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals and Committee Members Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 331 [D.I. 225], as may be amended from time to time.
