FERC Standards of Conduct definition

FERC Standards of Conduct means the standards of conduct set forth in 18 CFR §358 or its successor regulations.
FERC Standards of Conduct means FERC’s standards that regulate the relationship between an interstate natural gas pipeline and its Marketing Affiliate and/or that regulate the relationship between an interstate pipeline’s Transmission Function employees and such interstate pipeline’s own or its affiliate’s Marketing Function employees (all as defined in applicable standards of conduct adopted by FERC in FERC Standards of Conduct) or other Affiliate, together with any other FERC rules, regulations and orders related thereto, all as and if previously or hereafter amended, and as and if previously or hereafter interpreted by any opinion or ruling of FERC or any court of competent jurisdiction.

Examples of FERC Standards of Conduct in a sentence

  • Data Recipient agrees not to provide or disclose any Market Sensitive Information as identified in the WECC Information Sharing Policy to any person who is (1) a Market Function Employee as defined by the FERC Standards of Conduct, or (2) actively and personally engaged in day-to- day sales of electric power or other electric power marketing functions.

  • Such audits shall be limited to only those records reasonably required to determine compliance with this Agreement, and each Party agrees to disclose the information obtained in such audit only to those persons, whether employed by such Party or otherwise, that are directly involved in the administration of this Agreement and that are permitted to have access to such information under applicable regulations, including the FERC Standards of Conduct.

  • Good Industry Practices means the practices that would be adopted by, and the exercise of that degree of care, skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that reasonably would be expected from, a competent contractor in the international oil and gas industry experienced in performing work similar in nature, size, scope and complexity to the Work and under conditions comparable to those applicable to the Work, where such work is subject to, and such contractor is seeking to comply with, the standards and codes specified in the Contract or (to the extent that they are not so specified) such national or international standards and codes as are most applicable in the circumstances, and the applicable Law.
