FFATA definition

FFATA means the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-282), as amended by §6202 of Public Law 110-252. FFATA, as amended, also is referred to as the “Transparency Act.”

  • If the total award is below $30,000 no reporting required; if more than $30,000 and less than $50,000 then FFATA reporting is required; and, $50,000 and above SLFRF reporting is required.

  • COMPLIANCE The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) requires prime awardees of individual Federal grants equal to or greater than $30,000 and awarded on or after October 1, 2010, to report on data related to executive compensation and associated first-tier sub-grants of $30,000 or more.

  • If the initial award is below $30,000 but subsequent grant modifications result in a total award equal to or over $30,000, the award is subject to the FFATA reporting requirements, as of the date of the award.
