FFA definition

FFA means the framework financing agreement dated 10 November 2009 between the Borrower and ADB with respect to the Facility;

• The Borrower through MORD shall ensure that the Subprojects follow the selection criteria and are promptly processed for approval by ADB as described in detail in Subproject selection criteria and procedures included in Schedule 2 to the FFA.
