FF&E Factor definition

FF&E Factor means collectively, (A) when being applied to Gross Income From Operations excluding any Gross Income From Operations attributable to the operations of the casino (net-wins), four percent (4%) and (B) when being applied to Gross Income From Operations attributable to the operations of the casino (net-wins), (1) one percent (1%) during the first and second Loan Years and (2) the greater of (i) one percent (1.0%) and (ii) a percentage equal to the ratio that the budgeted costs of Replacements, with respect to the casino, based on the Casino Budget, bears to Gross Income From Operations for the period of such calculation, during the third, fourth and fifth Loan Years.
FF&E Factor means, for each Individual Property, the sum of (i) four percent (4%) of Gross Income From Operations for the immediately preceding twelve month period (excluding Gross Income From Operations attributable to any income revenue generated by any casino) and (ii) one percent (1%) of Gross Income From Operations attributable to any revenue generated by any casino for the immediately preceding twelve month period.
FF&E Factor means, for each Individual Property, four percent (4%).

FF&E Factor means, as of any Payment Date, the greater of (i) four percent (4%) of Gross Income from Operations (on an aggregate basis for all of the Properties) for the immediately preceding twelve (12) full calendar month period, and (ii) such amounts required to be deposited (or spent) for the replacement of FF&E over the immediately preceding twelve (12) full calendar month period pursuant to the terms of the Franchise Agreements and any property improvement plan and management action plan relating thereto on an aggregate basis for all of the Properties.

  • Note Factor means, with respect to the Notes or any Class of Notes on any Payment Date, a six-digit decimal figure equal to the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the end of the preceding Collection Period divided by the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the Closing Date. The Note Factor will be 1.000000 as of the Closing Date; thereafter, the Note Factor will decline to reflect reductions in the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable.

  • Load Factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Exchange Factor means 1.0; provided, however, that if the General Partner: (a) declares or pays a dividend on its outstanding Common Stock in Common Stock or makes a distribution to all holders of its outstanding Common Stock in Common Stock; (b) subdivides its outstanding Common Stock; or (c) combines its outstanding Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of Common Stock, the Exchange Factor shall be adjusted by multiplying the Exchange Factor by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding on the record date for such dividend, contribution, subdivision or combination (assuming for such purpose that such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination has occurred as of such time), and the denominator of which shall be the actual number of shares of Common Stock (determined without the above assumption) issued and outstanding on the record date for such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination. Any adjustment to the Exchange Factor shall become effective immediately after the effective date of such event retroactive to the record date, if any, for such event.

  • Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Certificate Factor With respect to any Class of Regular Certificates as of any Distribution Date, a fraction, expressed as a decimal carried to six places, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance (or the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates) of such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to any distributions of principal and allocations of Realized Losses in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance (or the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates) of such Class of Certificates to be made on such Distribution Date), and the denominator of which is the initial aggregate Certificate Principal Balance (or the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates) of such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund. See “—Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating to the Fund; Alternate Calculation —Anti-dilution Adjustments” below.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • Pool Factor Means, as of any Distribution Date, the quotient (rounded to the seventh decimal place) computed by dividing (i) the Pool Balance by (ii) the original aggregate face amount of the Applicable Certificates. The Pool Factor as of any Distribution Date shall be computed after giving effect to any special distribution with respect to unused Deposits, payment of principal of the Equipment Notes or other Trust Property and the distribution thereof to be made on that date.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;

  • S&P Volatility Factor means 277% or such other potential dividend rate increase factor as S&P advises the Corporation in writing is applicable.

  • Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by Xxxxxx Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as Xxxxxx RetirementReady® Funds and Xxxxxx Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Weighted Average Spread means, with respect to Floating Rate Obligations (in each case excluding Defaulted Loans), as of any date, the number obtained by:

  • Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.

  • Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:

  • Capacity factor means the ratio of the average load on a machine or equipment for the period of time considered to the capacity rating of the machine or equipment.
