FF&E List definition

FF&E List means the list of Project Co FF&E set out in Schedule 18 (FF&E List), as amended in accordance with Clause 13.1 of this Agreement.

FF&E List means the list of FF&E set out in Schedule 13 (FF&E List), as amended in accordance with Clause 10.1. FFC Fremantle Football Club Limited, ACN 066 055 249. Financial Year means a period commencing on 1 July and ending on the next 30 June. Term Meaning Fit For Purpose means in respect of State FF&E and Hired Equipment procured by the Operator at all times and, as from the Date of Commercial Acceptance, in respect of Group 2 FF&E, that: (a) satisfies each of the purposes, objectives, functions, uses and requirements set out in or reasonably inferred from the Project Brief; (b) is capable of enabling the Operator to perform the Services in accordance with Schedule 8 (Services Specifications); (c) are maintained so that they allow the Services to be performed without impacting, impairing or adversely affecting the manner in which those Services are performed; (d) satisfies all Laws, Authorisations and Quality Standards; (e) is fit for use in accordance with all Sporting Standards; and (f) is in accordance with all other requirements of this Agreement in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Stadium and Sports Precinct, in each case by reference to all Laws, Authorisations and Quality Standards as at the Date of Commercial Acceptance or, if any works are undertaken pursuant to a Modification after the Date of Commercial Acceptance, those works by reference to the Laws, Authorisations and Quality Standards in existence at the time those works are undertaken. FM Subcontractor has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement.

  • Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.

  • Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Price List Item means those SAP Cloud Services that are identified in the Solution Exhibit of this Agreement. The Parties may include additional Price List Items by written agreement.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Waiting List means the list of selected candidates waiting for appointment;

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • Certified cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system that has been certified in accordance with 21 CFR 1010.2 as being manufactured and assembled pursuant to the provisions of 21 CFR 1020.40.

  • O. Reg. 419/05 means the Ontario Regulation 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality.

  • Sanctions List means the "Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons" list issued by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets issued by Her Majesty's Treasury, or any similar list issued or maintained or made public by any of the Sanctions Authorities;
