Fiat Account definition

Fiat Account means a fiat currency account that reflects a customer’s fiat currency balance.
Fiat Account means a Fiat Currency account in our name into which your funds are deposited.
Fiat Account has the meaning given in the Registration Statement.

Examples of Fiat Account in a sentence

  • In the case of an account suspension due to (A) or (B) of this paragraph, Gemini shall permit Customer to withdraw Customer’s Assets and fiat currencies from Customer’s Custody Account or Fiat Account as soon as permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulations or the applicable court order, subpoena, or regulatory or governmental authority, and for ninety (90) days thereafter.

  • Except as set forth above, Gemini shall not suspend Customer’s access to the Custody Account or the Fiat Account, and any suspension of Customer’s access to such accounts shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

  • The Trust shall instruct the Cash Custodian to transfer the cash proceeds to the Trust’s Fiat Account in connection with the Clearing Services (as defined in the Registration Statement) at the Ether Custodian, who provides the Trust with Clearing Services (as defined in the Registration Statement).

Fiat Account means any fiat currency account established by Client for the Account Holder, or established on behalf of Client for Account Holder by Custodian, together with any subaccounts associated therewith.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Current Account means a form of demand deposit wherefrom withdrawals are allowed any number of times depending upon the balance in the account or up to a particular agreed amount and will also include other deposit accounts which are neither Savings Deposit nor Term Deposit.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
