Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Merck has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.
GSK or ‘𝐺𝑆𝐾’ means the generation shift key as defined in Article 2(12) of the CACM Regulation;
ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.
Lilly has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Licensee means a person licensed under this chapter.

Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
BLS means Basic Life Support.
OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner
Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.
Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.
