Fidelity Funds definition

Fidelity Funds means the open-end investment companies, series or (in the case of companies or series offering multiple classes of shares) classes of one or more of the foregoing, the shares of which from time to time shall be offered by us as principal underwriter to you hereunder and which are designated as such on Schedule B, as amended by us from time to time upon notice to you. This Agreement shall apply only to such companies, series, or classes so designated and only such companies, series or classes shall be considered to be Fidelity Funds. (c) "Portfolio" shall mean any one of the Fidelity Advisor Funds or Fidelity Funds. (d) "Transfer Agent" shall mean (i) with respect to the Fidelity Advisor Funds, the person designated on Schedule C and appointed by you pursuant to paragraph 4 to provide the services described under such paragraph; and (ii) with respect to the Fidelity Funds, the transfer agent of such Fidelity Fund.
Fidelity Funds means any Registered Investment Company for which Fidelity serves as investment adviser or any group trust for which Fidelity or an affiliate serves as investment manager or discretionary trustee and that has been made available as investment under this Plan.
Fidelity Funds means, collectively, Fidelity Advisor Series II: Fidelity Advisor High Income Advantage Fund, Pension Investment Committee of General Motors for General Motors Employees Domestic Group Pension Trust, Fidelity Security Fund: Fidelity Leveraged Company Stock Fund, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board, and Fidelity Advisor Series I: Fidelity Advisor Leveraged Company Stock Fund;

  • The Fidelity Funds (collectively the Funds), are open end investment trusts formed under the laws of Ontario and governed by a Master Declaration of Trust, as amended from time to time.

  • BlackRock Funds and “Trustees of BlackRock Funds” refer respectively to the trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under a Declaration of Trust dated December 22, 1988, as amended, which is hereby referred to and a copy of which is on file at the office of the State Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and at the principal office of the Fund. The obligations of “BlackRock Funds” entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, officers, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders, officers, representatives or agents of the Fund personally, but bind only the Trust Property (as defined in the Declaration of Trust), and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Fund must look solely to the Trust Property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Fund.

  • Escrow Account The Eligible Account or Accounts established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09(b).

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Fundserv means the facility maintained and operated by Fundserv Inc. for electronic communication with participating companies, including the receiving of orders, order match, contracting, registrations, settlement of orders, transmission of confirmation of purchases, and the redemption of investments or instruments.

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.

  • Equity Account Administrator means the brokerage firm utilized by the Company from time to time to create and administer accounts for participants in the Company’s equity plans and programs, including the Plan.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Custodial Care means help in transferring, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting and other such related activities. Custodial care does not include Covered Services determined to be Medically Necessary.

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in this Indenture.

  • Insurance Fund means the pest control insurance fund established pursuant to this compact.

  • General Account consists of all our assets other than those held in any separate investment accounts.

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Custodial Accounts Each custodial account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Purchasing and Servicing Agreement or Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as of December 31, 2023 in the Recipient’s 2023 Annual Report (as defined under the Prior Agreement).
