Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as of December 31, as submitted in the Recipient’s Annual Report.

Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as of December 31, 2013 as submitted in the Recipient’s 2013 Annual Expenditure Report (as defined under the First Agreement).

The Recipient shall allow AMO and Canada reasonable and timely access to all documentation, records and accounts and those of their respective agents or Third Parties related to the receipt, deposit and use of Funds and Unspent Funds, and any interest earned thereon, and all other relevant information and documentation requested by AMO or Canada or their respective designated representatives for the purposes of audit, evaluation, and ensuring compliance with this Agreement.
The Recipient will ensure that no current member of the AMO Board of Directors and no current or former public servant or office holder to whom any post-employment, ethics and conflict of interest legislation, guidelines, codes or policies of Canada applies will derive direct benefit from the Funds, the Unspent Funds, and any interest earned thereon, unless the provision of receipt of such benefits is in compliance with such legislation, guidelines, policies or codes.
Any Unspent Funds, and any interest earned thereon, will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and will no longer be governed by the terms and conditions of the Prior Agreement.

More Definitions of Unspent Funds

Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as

Unspent Funds means any part of the Funding that: has not been spent by you; and has not been legally committed to pay to a third party by written agreement in accordance with this Agreement. you or your means the Funded Organisation named as a party in the Contract Details.
