Fidelity Investors definition

Fidelity Investors means any Investors advised or subadvised by Fidelity or one of its Affiliates.

Fidelity Investors means the Investors that are advisory clients of Fidelity with respect to holdings of shares in the Company. For the sake of clarity, as of the date hereof the Fidelity Investors marked with an asterisk on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Fidelity Investors means (i) Fidelity Growth Company Commingled Pool; (ii) Fidelity Mt. Xxxxxx Street Trust: Fidelity Growth Company Fund; (iii) Fidelity Mt. Xxxxxx Street Trust: Fidelity Series Growth Company Fund; (iv) Fidelity Advisor Series VII: Fidelity Advisor Biotechnology Fund; and (v) Fidelity Select Portfolios: Biotechnology Portfolio.

Examples of Fidelity Investors in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.6 or otherwise in this Agreement, Section 5.7(e) of this Agreement shall not be amended or waived without the written consent of the Fidelity Investors.

• So long as Fidelity Investors II Limited Partnership and FTT Ventures Inc.

More Definitions of Fidelity Investors

Fidelity Investors means those Investors that are advisory or subadvisory clients of Fidelity. For the sake of clarity, as of the date hereof the Fidelity Investors are set forth on Schedule 2 attached hereto.

Fidelity Investors means those Investors, or permitted transferees of Registrable Securities held by Fidelity Investors, that are advisory or subadvisory clients of Fidelity.

Fidelity Investors any of (i) Fidelity Select Portfolios: Biotechnology Portfolio, (ii) Fidelity Advisor Series VII: Fidelity Advisor Biotechnology Fund, (iii) Fidelity Securities Fund: Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Fund, (iv) Fidelity Securities Fund: Fidelity Series Blue Chip Growth Fund, (v) FIAM Target Date Blue Chip Growth Commingled Pool, (vi) Fidelity Growth Company Commingled Pool, (vii) Fidelity Mt. Xxxxxx Street Trust: Fidelity Series Growth Company Fund and (viii) Fidelity Mt. Xxxxxx Street Trust: Fidelity Growth Company Fund.

Fidelity Investors means, collectively, Fidelity Ventures III, Limited Partnership; Fidelity Investors III Limited Partnership; Fidelity Ventures Principals III Limited Partnership; and Fidelity Ventures Principals I, L.L.C.; and “Fidelity Investor” refers to any one of the Fidelity Investors.

Fidelity Investors means Fidelity Select Portfolios: Biotechnology Portfolio, a Massachusetts business trust organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Fidelity Advisor Series VII: Fidelity Advisor Biotechnology Fund, a Massachusetts business trust organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;

Fidelity Investors shall collectively mean XXXXX No. 39, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and Fidelity Pension Plan Real Estate Investment LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
