Fiduciary Assignment of Receivables definition

Fiduciary Assignment of Receivables means an Indonesian law deed of fiduciary security (jaminan fidusia) over the Borrower’s rights under the Charter Documents, the Building Contract Documents, the Mooring Documents, the Vessel Rights and the Guarantee Rights executed by the Borrower in favour of the Security Agent in the agreed form;
Fiduciary Assignment of Receivables means one of the Brazilian Securities to be granted by the Brazilian Guarantor by means of a fiduciary assignment of receivables as further described in the Fiduciary Assignment of Receivables Agreement.
Fiduciary Assignment of Receivables means the Indonesian law governed fiduciary assignment to be entered into on or prior to the Closing Date between the Senior Secured Parties (as represented by the Onshore Security Agent) and the Borrower Entities in respect of all present and future receivables of the Borrower Entities.
