Field Office is defined as office work space established by Agency, a local agency or Consultant for use by a Consultant’s (including subconsultants) employee(s) for a period of time that is agreed upon between Agency or local agency and Consultant (including subconsultants). Consultant (including subconsultants) shall use the provisional Field Office Overhead Rate to calculate direct labor performed by Consultant’s (including subconsultants) employee(s) based in the field office facilities.
Field Office means a structure, or portion of a structure, whether a temporary or permanent installation, the primary function of which is to directly serve daily operation and maintenance activities of the Joint Property and which serves as a staging area for directly chargeable field personnel.
