Field Office Manager definition

Field Office Manager means the SCR, "Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA)" or "Sponsoring Agency" shall mean Sandia; "Federal Government" or "government," in connection with government agencies or government property, shall mean the United States of America.
