Field Two in Exhibit A of the Agreement is deleted and replaced with the following: [**]
Field Two means [**] ---------
Field Two means Testing Services and Assay Products utilizing DiaCarta’s SuperbDNA technology for the qualitative and/or semi-quantitative and/or quantitative detection of the following, solely for in vitro diagnostic use: (i) RNA gene expression from human samples for cancer-associated diseases; (ii) human papilloma virus (HPV) oncogenes E6 and E7 mRNA from high-risk HPV genotypes including 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, and 68, axx genotyping HPV 16 and 18 from human samples, to correlate HPV infection and the potential development of cancer; and, (iii) circulating cell-free Alu DNA in plasma obtained from human whole blood samples, to measure radiation dosage.

Examples of Field Two in a sentence

  • The license to Field Two granted herein shall terminate upon the expiration of such sixty (60) day notice period unless TM complies with Section 2.2 during such termination notice period.

  • Field One and Field Two exclude any Assay Products for the purpose of HPV testing of any type and for any application, including but not limited to cancer applications, within the People’s Republic of China (i.e. Mainland China), Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

  • If TM fails to meet all the terms and conditions of Section 2.2 regarding commercialization in Field Two, then Luminex, at its sole discretion, may terminate the license to Field Two by providing TM with sixty (60) days prior written notice of its intent to terminate.

  • Due Fees for Addition of Dx Field Two plans for payment of Up-Front and Past-due Fees are proposed for inclusion in the Agreement.

Related to Field Two

  • Field trip means any experience a child has away from the premises of the center, while under the care of center staff, whether a child walks or is transported.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.

  • Field means all fields of use.

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.

  • ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • IP means Internet Protocol.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
