Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.
First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.
Par Call Date means July 1, 2030.
Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.
Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."
Call Date means the date specified in the notice to holders required under Section 5(d) as the Call Date.
Measurement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Start-up period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;
Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example
Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
First Par Call Date means, with respect to the 2027 Notes, November 15, 2026, with respect to the 2029 Notes, February 21, 2029 and with respect to the 2033 Notes, February 21, 2033.
Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:
Clean-Up Call Date The second Distribution Date immediately following the Auction Termination Date.
Scheduled Issued Date or "SID" means the date the order is entered into Qwest's order distribution system.
Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.
Time balance means the sum of the principal amount financed and the finance charge.
Testing Date means each day which is: (i) the last day of the relevant Issuer's and the Guarantor's financial year in any year; or (ii) the last day of each of the first three quarters of the relevant Issuer's and the Guarantor's financial year in any year.
Break Date means [Insert date or dates]1 [or any date falling after that date] [or the day before any Rent Day after that date] [or any [fifth] anniversary of that date] [as specified in the Tenant's formal notice given under Clause 7.1];]2
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.
Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.
Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;
Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to the 2024 Notes, March 2, 2024, and with respect to the 2029 Notes, July 1, 2029.
