Such actions include, without limitation, the issuance of an Order to Show Cause, the issuance of an Administrative Hold, the issuance of an Order of Summary Suspension, the issuance of an Initial Decision by the Department’s Hearings Division, or the issuance of a Final Agency Order by the State Licensing Authority.
